Refunds/Returns Policy

At Eternity Headstones, we take pride in creating custom, high-quality headstones that honor your loved ones. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all orders are considered final sale. However, we are committed to addressing any issues that may arise to ensure your satisfaction.
Final Sale Policy:
All headstone orders are custom-made and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once you have approved your headstone proof. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a headstone with a defect or damage:
1. Document the Issue: Take clear photographs of the defect or damage.
2. Provide a Description: Include a detailed description of the issue.
3. Contact Us: Email the photos and description to sales@eternityheadstones.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
Resolution Options:
1. Replacement:
○ A replacement headstone will be created and shipped to you.
○ No changes to the original order will be allowed.
○ The new headstone will be made as per the original order, rectifying the identified errors.
2. Refund and Remake:
○ If you opt for a refund and also wish to have a new headstone made, you must return the defective headstone to us at your own expense.
○ Upon receiving the returned headstone, we will issue a refund.
Important Notes:
• Claims submitted after 7 days of receiving the product will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
• Refunds will only be processed after the defective headstone has been returned and inspected and will take 10 -15 business days for the return to be processed to original payment method.
